Absolutely terrible idea. Most of your player base are casual spenders that buy a pack here or there and play for fun. This absolutely throws everything out the window for everyone except your top 1% of spenders. God forbid the community uses the amazing game created to form fun counters or crazy punch up teams to counter big squads.
