From the perspective of a Player between early- and midgame the proposed Changes in it's current, and even in a potentially aleviated Form are fit to destroy any incentive to Play this Game any further. The excitement of closing in on 4mil gp and unlocking hard conquest and having a shot at trying proving grounds and working on conquest toons, vanished in an Instant, as the relic difference would make any conquest Stage after the First few Impossible.
While it is fine to bei behind in roster strength and depth in GAC as a newish Player, losing the ability to be able to fight Higher relic Teams through strategy Removes any incentive to Play the Mode at all.
TW's Problems would also be worsened by a system Like relic Delta as it encourages / buffs the benefits of sandbagging.
Relic Delta would effectively lock a huge chunk of your Playerbase Out of half the game's gamemodes.
Even with trippling droprates of relic Data, g12 pieces and adding more ways of getting relic Materials, Most inherent flaws of the rellic Delta System would prevail.
I Hope that you are Not going through with relic Delta, as it would ruin a good and enjoyable Game, by removing incentives to Play, the ability to compete in many modes for Players and guilds. Hell it devalues any Progress or even purchase that is Not a straight R9.
