I myself am still waiting for the milestone rewards. I have all the previous units, so it's just a matter of extra SSC. And I got red crate for Jocasta, so the only thing the rewards help me with is that I can spend more Conquest currency on gear and signal data next time. But for that to happen, the rewards have to arrive first.
