First if all, I didn't know about this until halfway through and only because of Ahnald.  Please, make these announcements in-game.

Second, are we getting these rewards before GAC lock and the next phase of TB?  Makes very little sense to go, "Congrats!  You won a reward.  We're just going to hold it back JUST long enough that you can't use it right away."
