is there any reason why Captain Silvio is  not added to an farming node?  why the person who should keep track on characters doesn't doing the job?  You updated him to packs and Shipments but he was already there - and with this update u had the chance to fix your error but  u did nothing. any thought on that  CG_Meathead​ ?
