Ahnald just posted. The software is broken. That's why we test our stuff boys.
Over all I have high praise for SWGOH as a game, but as software... You guys push a lot of stuff to production broken.
Do you guys do end to end testing on these bigger version changes? Are you doing proper regression testing? Much love but we aren't your testing team, we are your customers. 100 crystals is worth about $1. That's pretty low pay for testing software. Especially when customers, who again are not testers, are in it much more cash wise than the cash value of the "sorry we broken" crystals.
You guys don't invite me to these meetings, so all I can do is tell you after the fact. But instead of yelling "fix your game" my free advice is...maybe font break your software in the first place. Don't roll out stuff that doesn't work. Don't commit to a deployment date unless you could go live right then.
Sometimes the best thing to do is take the L, luck your wounds and come back correct. Do what you need to get it working, but on the next decent sized one, delay if you need to, rather than break the software. Show the customers you are learning from the mistakes.
