As a F2P, I really don't think so. Will it create an even bigger gap between P2P and F2P rosters? Sure. But one of the perks of being F2P, to me, is that I can just enjoy the game and work on what I want to. No concerns about rushing to get the next shiny object. That doesn't change with the update.
I think this is an extreme statement. People have said that about every change that has been made to the game since launch. And yet there are still many who are F2P in the game that enjoy it daily.
Capitalism be like...
Grow up. People working on this game have families and responsibilities. If you like the game - support them with your money.
One of their responsibilities is to their customers don't you think?
