Acknowledging a problem is not accountability, especially when there are no changes promised to fix it and prevent it reoccurring. All of these bugs are reoccurring. There's no promise to check releases better, to make sure their processes are updated and all assets are included, etc. etc.
I'd love to credit CG for positive change, they just haven't given us any reason to in the last ~12 months.
