Morning folks,
The team is aware of and investigating the Conquest issue.
We've determined that its due to a missing asset for one of the backgrounds, which is why it doesn't happen each attempt you go into a Conquest attempt.
This will hopefully be fixed in this weeks update.
Once fixed, I will discuss with the team about some form of compensation.

Unless the plan is to wildly and irrationally overcompensate us, in that situation I'll happily wait a bit longer. lol ๐
Hi, It happened so many times yesterday, even three times in a row. It's really annoying. We have to earn the Matz now because the DC will be dissolved tomorrow and so many resources will be lost for nothing.
For me minimum 20 to 30 times on the way to Sector 5.
Not funny for us player.
For anyone reading, best not to use crystals on refreshes for conquest energy right now, as the chances get even bigger you will be losing energy due to infinite loading screens

How about you fix the coliseum while your at it? Your initial post said our high score would persist through the era, but I still have to battle everyday for score even though I'm level capped and can't progress any further. More lies from cg, don't post things and not follow through with them it's infuriating. I don't want to waste my time each day on a mode I can't do anymore in
It does persist. Do one battle, if the score is higher than your last you get a new high score, else your previous best is posted.
A missing asset? Wow, the coders are really that bad. It's like Intro to Programming to always check that a call to an external file succeeds. This is why.
lost 80 energy to this so far i even bought the conquest pass+ for the first time ever which is $46 AUD because i want Satele and i get hit with this rubbish its comical lmao

Speaking of conquest, I'm almost certain you said relic delta would be implemented this time around. Did I miss an announcement that it wouldn't be somewhere? I'm a little disappointed that one of the two game modes where delta will actually benefit player experience still doesn't have it.
This fix should have been given a much faster priority to get out there. We canโt just hold off playing we are on the clock and have stamina to factor in. Already lost 100 energy to this ridiculous bug that the game should have an error handler for in the code!
