Capital Games TeamI'm a day 1 player and this is causing me to miss fleet payout, TW attack, etc. The lagging is ridiculous and needs fixed go back and rest before this bug filled update. If we aren't compensated really well this might be the final straw that makes me quit the game.
I bet you couldn’t name 3 issues that you claim you are aware of. Even your attempt at damage control is lazy.

Personally that's true, sure. But as a CM? I mean, he could tone down the sarcasm, condescension, and irritability when things are going wrong. Getting under the skin of your players when things are going to hell is not the mark of a good CM.
There's "tiers" to the event, so Tier 2, 600 points is really 10,600.
Can we get an option to turn off stupid boring battle animation that we’ve seen a million times and that now with this new bloatware client update just makes the game stall and become impossible to complete battles in 5 minutes.
If only you had a group of players who could beta test these kinds of things for you so that you could not only get feedback, but also have players test to give you information on what might be broken. Although, everything you release is broken, or breaks something else, so there's that.
Whoever is making decisions at CG shouldn't be in charge of a hot dog stand in Santa Monica. No person with common sense would decide this is a good thing and to release it in game.
But hey, there's good news! EA doesn't give a crap because they're full of people making horrible decisions too!

The lag issues are making the game unplayable for me. Okay, yes I can play. But when you are losing 3-5 seconds on every ability used, that timer goes down very fast.
I tried to be positive about this update. Sadly, the issues have dampened any positivity I had.
Hopefully, the team will get this sorted quickly. Especially since tw battles, squad arena, fleet arena and, I presume, gac battles will be unwinnable in the games present state.
