The team is aware of CX-2 ability "You Chose the Wrong Side" requires 20 ability materials instead of 10.
This will be fixed in an upcoming release and anyone who happened to apply the Omicron will be refunded the extra 10 materials.

hey, i recently applied the omicron on Krennic, before the update, but i didn't receive the omicron refound. And the Qui Gon Jinn omicron still costs 20 omicron materials. I'll get the refound on Krennic's omicron?
5v5 omicrons will still cost the same
While they are fixing this, have them look at the CX2 character quests being bugged, can't claim the 245 shard quest and I have 260. Browsing the forums, there are several people with the same issue in different tiers/quests:
So far we ( my guild) have not seen any refunds or changes in the omicron amounts needed. When shall we expect it?
