Capital Games Teamin the last 3 years I have spent more than 7500 USD in SWGOH ; now I bought (with 40 USD) DTMG LSB exactly for these 3 pieces of OMICRON, especially because TW was starting ; for 5 days I have been waiting to receive what I bought ; 40 USD is not a small amount ; SWGOH's income is decreasing, in 2024 you reached 88 million USD compared to a peak of 155 million USD ; where do you want to get to ?! I am curious what the accounting data from 2025 will say ! I am sure a fool because I put 7500 USD in this game but until one month ago I had no thoughts of regret ; this transaction is the 3rd in a row with problems ! every time I have to access the HELP-SECTION and it is terribly annoying there, you have to say the same thing several times, the operators are always changing, no clear explanations are given ; I'll wait another 5 days and then I'll ask for a refund ; I like only one aspect : I'm slowly starting to dislike paying in SWGOH and I think I'll free myself from this guilty pleasure ; and not because I don't have money anymore but because I don't feel any pleasure anymore, every time I buy something I'm afraid that the transaction won't be completed, that I'll have to struggle to prove what and how I bought, to make an extra effort to receive what I bought with real money ! It's embarrassing for CG, for EA, you're making fun of people who pay real money in a FREE game! As they say in my country : you hit the horse that pulls !
only 7500 USD? double that, then maybe they'll listen (it doesn't make a difference).
once they get your money... that's it, no refunds, even if you don't get what you paid for--they claim it's impossible to send money back. Any digital make-good (effectively costs them nothing), is up to their own discretion--we should be so lucky.
