Still waiting for my omis taking forever! and the help in the game chat the people are absolutely not helpful. There needs to be a change. Having to repeat my name and email and the problem 5 times to 5 different people with several screen shots is not what I call customer service
it's a standard stall tactic. your session is already tied to your account with your name and email, and they already have records of your transaction and your current inventory which shows you did not receive what you paid for. just like the response here implies and as they've done with previous make-goods... they will send it to everyone who purchased it when 'able'--like others have asserted, its cheapest and easiest for them to wait for the sale to end, then do it all at once for all purchases.
