The description says "with abilities pushed to Level 8 for maximum battlefield impact"
At level 8, only "Strategic Onslaught" (Special) has an omicron, so the description is actually incorrect too - level 9 should have been specified, because of the phrase "Omicrons Included" - "Shadow Contingency" Level 9 (Leader), "Dark Trooper Beskar Armor" Level 9 (Unique)?
Any update or something about the missing omicrons of the DTMG bundle? There's a TW just starting y I'd like to use DTMG at his full power

Hello!Yesterday, I asked a friend from the guild to give me an LSB DTMG gift (I can't make purchases in the game in my region, so I transferred the money to my friend from the guild to buy the gift,this is normal), and when I opened the character, I noticed that the Omicrons was missing! The LSB package clearly stated that the Omicrons was included! However, it was not there! I request that this error be corrected and the Omicrons be returned! This is an expensive purchase considering that the Omicrons is not included!If necessary, I can provide a purchase receipt.

Still waiting for my omis taking forever! and the help in the game chat the people are absolutely not helpful. There needs to be a change. Having to repeat my name and email and the problem 5 times to 5 different people with several screen shots is not what I call customer service
in the last 3 years I have spent more than 7500 USD in SWGOH ; now I bought (with 40 USD) DTMG LSB exactly for these 3 pieces of OMICRON, especially because TW was starting ; for 5 days I have been waiting to receive what I bought ; 40 USD is not a small amount ; SWGOH's income is decreasing, in 2024 you reached 88 million USD compared to a peak of 155 million USD ; where do you want to get to ?! I am curious what the accounting data from 2025 will say ! I am sure a fool because I put 7500 USD in this game but until one month ago I had no thoughts of regret ; this transaction is the 3rd in a row with problems ! every time I have to access the HELP-SECTION and it is terribly annoying there, you have to say the same thing several times, the operators are always changing, no clear explanations are given ; I'll wait another 5 days and then I'll ask for a refund ; I like only one aspect : I'm slowly starting to dislike paying in SWGOH and I think I'll free myself from this guilty pleasure ; and not because I don't have money anymore but because I don't feel any pleasure anymore, every time I buy something I'm afraid that the transaction won't be completed, that I'll have to struggle to prove what and how I bought, to make an extra effort to receive what I bought with real money ! It's embarrassing for CG, for EA, you're making fun of people who pay real money in a FREE game! As they say in my country : you hit the horse that pulls !
