Datacron cadence was fine. It's been fine for like 4 years, since you made an adjustment from the original format, where there were 3 concurrent sets on a shorter schedule for each set. It takes two conquest to farm a set.
It's really hard to come up with any explanation for this change other than incompetence or malice. Either you don't remember your own datacron updates from around set 4, or you do, but... what? You were hoping we wouldn't? Or you just don't care?
At this point I'm expecting set 27 to have dodge and deflection chance stats.
