This doesn't fix the problem either I feel like this was decided on as "good enough" fundamentally changing the progression scaling doesn't add to or change anything. There are a lot of things the community has been begging for (TW, GAC updates) and relic delta will only exacerbate the issues there. The solution that they came up with is going to come with a host of so many more issues than this is solving.
