This post was very necessary. Certainly explained some stuff. I'm not happy with Relic Delta coming to the game, but I understand why it's happening now, which certainly creates some degree of tolerance. Still, I think the stats you're currently testing with are too high. I think something in the range of +50/-25% is better, rewarding investment while still allowing players to reasonably beat the odds.
