Way too much corporate waffle for something nobody wants. Studios do this when they can't convince the playerbase about an upcoming big change, so they just throw loads of words at you just to get lost in it and accept the change. Do NOT fall for this people.

Just accept it CG, if you make this change, your game is DONE and so does your career as developers.
