Capital Games TeamYou can explain it all you want, but some of the biggest issues in the game are when teams take you to timeout. Look at the Hermit DC, GL Ahsoka, and even GL Hondo - or many of the more annoying Rey lineups. The worst feeling ever is when a character / team can essentially become 'immortal' - these are the characters people often take to R9, and these are the characters that will now become even more prone to deliver timeout holds after the change, since you will never do more damage to them, only less. Relic delta will magnify these issues, especially if there is still the same level of power on DCs being introduced.
