Are only the newest characters going to be part of this or is it any character that is not yet accelerated? Will it take new characters to say pre kyro (g8) for base investment of 55 shards and then g12 or relics for people who've got them 4 or 5*? If that's the case what will happen once these characters become the "old characters"? Thank you!
