Making a change to the meta this huge is incredibly concerning and is why everyone is so upset. It isn't just pushing the boundary upwards, it is bottlenecking all strength behind one mechanic, without relic delta we have level, stars, mods, relic levels, omicrons, zetas, and datacrons that all meaningfully affect how you invest in this game. But by making relic delta so strong (95% damage increase/decrease) you flatten all of those mechanics to the point that they are meaningless.
I think a few months from now more people will be on board with Relic delta if it is a meaningful change to the meta but not a new thing that flattens the game.
Additionally, prioritizing a new monetization tool over fixing bugs is understandable, but very frustrating to the players.
I hope you reconsider the way this mechanic affects all the systems of the game and just limit it to one or two game modes like GAC & TW for the first year to give players time to adjust rather than just springing a meta change this disruptive.
