I’ve felt this could be a really enjoyable change, and could lean into current investment stacks without broadly becoming unenjoyable if the tiers were spread. For example: R1-3, R4-6, R7-8, R9-10. This way, deltas still would have an effect on say an R3 vs R7 comp, but not so much on R6 vs R4. Since these already incorporate player chosen values for teams, it will be a holistic decision based on key matchups whether or not to level the team. I don’t think this would encourage cutoffs, as the mid tier bonuses already encourage those stopping points, and it would give reasonable goals for lower resource players without the undefined higher = better.
