I don't see how relic delta solves this. Players will still be able to get a complete R9 (or now R10) roster and relic delta doesn't affect same relic units, so it is essentially useless when every character is maxed (which is of course was a problem mentioned above). Overall I don't see how making it harder for lower relics to beat higher ones makes any major affect on the endgame players. The only thing I see relic delta doing is hurting players who strategically upgrade, plan, and use efficient counters to high relic characters while rewarding players who keep no semblance of synergy and just R10 everything because they have deeper pockets than everyone else.
