I was a staunch Relic Delta hater.  I read the whole thing and think your logic is reasonable, and I'm now more interested in seeing how it works.

I just really hope the percentages are reasonable and it doesn't trivialize fights, or result in GAC now always having a ton of uncleared zones each round.

    Also, this post is the post you should have announced Relic Delta with.  It's a much better communication and would have saved yourselves a bit of stress.
