Sounds good and reasonable, and I agree this should have been posted when Relic Data was announced.

If the implemented numbers are kept reasonable as well, I think this will work ok. Yes, it will affect some players in a negative way, but that is always the case when you rebalance a game. Almost all games that evolve will at some point need a balance adjustment.

People just like to get upset about change, and I hope the change won't be too drastic.
