Look player we are gonna screw you over in PVP but somewhere down the line all is gonna be better! New content! More good stuff!

I don't believe you.

We can't scale relic progression because we screwed up stats distribution for relic levels. So instead of fixing it we are gonna make impossible to use strategy in PVP enjoy and don't thank us too much!
