I'm more open to the proposed changes after reading this article. Refusing to even hear out the rationale for an idea you don't agree with is just dumb. This is the kind of terrible thinking that leads half a country to think that slavery is okay.
I'm still not entirely on board with the relic delta concept, but if I'm reading your opening paragraphs right, I'm much more open to the idea if y'all are planning on making relic mats and gear more accessible, and introducing an entirely new progression system for new content that doesn't even use gear and relic mats. Relic mats are pretty scarce, and it's very frustrating having to choose between pursuing new content to stay competitive and catching up on older content I think is fun. If it's true y'all will be allowing us to do both simultaneously, I think that's a good idea! I think for this to work though, you're going to have to make the conversion rates for signal data worth it. It's not fun having to spend conquest currency on signal data instead of shards for shiny new conquest characters, and if you can alleviate the bottleneck, that would really improve the player experience
But please, don't make the figures as over-tuned as the initial play-tests suggest. Appreciate what you do Meathead. Don't listen to the personal attacks against you. Haters gonna hate. You're doing your job well.
