The team is aware of a bug that is preventing certain characters from being able to Dispel Debuffs. We are currently investigating this and when we know more we will update this post.

A hotfix will be deployed today to address the above.

Does this also reflect some buffs? For example I've noticed some characters under General Syndulla aren't dispelling Tenacity Up & Defense up to get Perfect Defense when Syndulla uses her "Pull Rank" ability.

What about Scythe not marking TIEs?

This "bug" does "zero" to "little" impact to most of us if not all F2P gamers. Just fix the "Scythe - Bug" and we'll all be happy to ignore P2P bug posts such as this.
There also appears to be a bug with Ezra (exile) instant defeat immunity.
As a P2P player, although the scythe does need fixed, also please fix Syndulla.
When will CG decide to fix the game instead of caring about money?
But what about a scrolling option for ship arena so we don’t have to refresh the list of 3 a million times to find the right number to attack?
Is this the same as the perfect defense bug? (Also, who uses Scythe anyhow?)
How about a hotfix for the tie dagger "fix" CG put in? That will make the coin flip meta go away
