I must be really out of the loop because I don't understand any of this. Somebody help me out. The word "episode" is throwing me off. What is changing? Maybe I missed another announcement?

    An "episode" is just a month-long, and an "era" is just a quarter of the year (3 months/episodes). Every 3 months/Era will have a theme, and the marquees, quests, and events they add will revolve around the theme/Era.
