This new setup gives us 4 from the pass and 3 per week from the store. That is 12 from the store over the course of the episode and 4 from the pass equaling 16 over the course of the episode. That is assuming you can max the pass with only 3 star characters from the marque events which they did not guarantee
They did guarantee that you could get Max rewards without spending any money. So in my opinion, that sounds like a guarantee that you’ll get all 16 omicron for free.
No they didn't, all they said was you don't have to 7 star the marque. I don't have to spend money to 7 star the marque as well if have enough crystals hoarded
