Would you please also adjust the "place 3 platoon units to a TB" feat so it is active before Phase 1 starts?  Having it start an hour into Phase 2 (when folks have already grabbed a lot of the easy/unneeded toons) limits options for folks with fewer available R6 toons that they don't need for missions.  It also creates an extra unneeded headache for officers trying to manage prefills when it pops up without warning.
