Is it actually possible for a ftp player to actually do the episode feat - "complete 3 Era Challenge feats" in the week provided?

I hope those "new feats to the Era Challenge" will require less than L15 Luke.

Yes, because you actually have 3 weeks to complete it. By that time, we will have ig90 at 25 completing two more feats.
