I don't see where your teams addressed the AT-ST has frozen and does not take a turn causing the players to retreat from battle and lose rewards for only getting 2 or 3 attempts where the game actually works correctly.  I also don't see where CG has said they are going to compensate players with Clone Wars Chewie shards for missing out on rewards.  In fact, we barely see communication from CG, almost as if the company was closed and shuttered and the game is being run by AI until the Saudi's take over.
