CG has made one of the least fun game modes ever. Can't progress any where, stuck at level 20, don't get the rewards payed out correctly. Honestly turning the game in to something no one wants to play. We've had several guild members quit the game after this update. Just sad.

Can't even beat the 1st tier with a Lvl 10 Luke, so what good are the extra feats?

I gotta say this whole new system has been an absolute TERRIBLE experience for me. I am a spender, I got my 7 Star Luke, I spent money on materials to take him up to level 30 to realize what am I getting for this? Extra rewards, NO. A Character I get to use, NO. Speed Up gearing, NO. I feel like you guys just made all my gear useless so you can then monetize the experience of gear up a character. I lost out on 1,500 Era Currency because of your bugs and not getting my daily rewards. I now have no agency on gearing up this character in your system. Now, we have the Era Challenge where you can not punch up a little bit with skill, but if you pay real money, not even crystals, you can then earn more currency. Well did you notice we all get a ton of currency more than necessary? You know what is not available elsewhere in the game, materials to level up these era characters. Do you know how to get them, real money, not even crystals. You took my 4 years of game play and all the things a gained locked it away and said now give me money to upgrade your new toy, and trust me you'll like it. This is a terrible experience, whatever designer made this needs to rethink how this works, or if they want to keep working for you guys. This is the worst time I have had playing this game. I only stick around at this point due to my guildmates and the fun of getting new toons, but I am almost finished with your journey guide and getting burned out on being my guilds TB Officer. I don't care for GAC or TW. I don't know what its worth being here right now, and I am sorry for this rant. But, I am really upset about what I am paying for..... I feel like you are ripping me off completely.

Just another addition to the new mode that is realistically pointless and unobtainable for most.
The characters for the Era are semi cool and appreciated but the coliseum is just a fail. Even your whales and YouTube supporters have stated as much.
You need to better reward players with this or its just another addition to drive people away

How dare you make the non-paid episode pass milestones be tied to paid progression. These new release systems, coliseum, Era challenges - this is the most cynical thing you could do. Congrats on killing your game for the tenth anniversary.
Pick up your socks, get all your stuff together and fix it. Because this is trash. You can do better. There's zero reason why this trash should have been released. Do better.

Hey folks, with today's update we will be adding new piles of **bleep** to the Era Challenge that will provide Era Shipment Currency Crap for beating the tier with Stormtrooper Luke, you should be able to go back and redo the challenge. However if you didnt spend you cant even complete the first tier.
I don't even know what to say anymore. This is an absolute joke. At least provide the resources to increase our characters level above 17. More currency doesnt mean anything if we dont get the **bleep** mats to do the upgrade. Honestly this new system is a total disgrace. You should all be ashamed.
For the record its not even a challenge as you cant actually beat the tier unless you are above the level. Theres no strategy this is literally spend cash and press auto. Why bother?

Im a staunch defender of this era system but when I logged in and saw i was getting a WHOLE 40!.. COUNT IT 40! currency, which mind you wont do ANYTHING for my account, i now dont know what the hell is going on over there anymore.
You shipped it this way, you launched it this way, you coded it this way. You intended 100% for this garbage to be our "reward" for working on these characters...
You guys are killing this game day by day.Having a damage cap on coliseum, because Im playing smarter then you wanted me to, is the biggest kick in the nuts.
I also have 0 incentive to pay for characters now. Why bother getting them to 7 stars when stars dont mean anything anymore? and when i cant even use them anywhere else for 3 months!?Why get them to Era Level 75+ when the "reward" is more era currency which is all going away in 3 months anyways?
Y'all's greed is on full display with this update and its disgusting, and thats coming from someone whos played 10 years.

Im just sitting here and wondering, how this whole operation suppose to bring new players to the game?
Let's say you create a new account, login to the game and start playing Era content (not spending money, because You need to try out the game before You decide to put any $ into it..). After few days playing as f2p you cannot even pass tier 1 in colosseum, then You get these event "Era Challange" and again.. tier 1 is so overwhelming, that my 4* g11 Luke isn't even close to passing that.
As a new player who don't wanna spend money on game before getting some excitement or pleasure from playing.. you are just getting wrecked all the time, and even if You decide to spend some cash, you'll realize not only your characters will get wrecked but your wallet also (even more then characters).Cherry on top? This will repeat at least every 3 months, over and over again... Someone who came up with this whole idea, and another one who approved it? Well, i can say only this:
this is how Galaxy of Heroes dies, sadly without thunderous applause.
