Sooo instead making EL 80-95 gear more accessible to those that spend the money/crystals to 7 star the new toons, like we used to, in order to unlock these toons at r7 when first usable, you just remove the materials. Still no way for us to get them to r5 or r7 like we did in the past or unlock the last character at 7 star without spending hundreds of dollars more than we ever did before. Complete and total lack of care like always. Obviously didnt actually listen to the players. Just heard what you wanted to hear.
