I totally agree with most comments here. The ERA system is absolutely awful for all the reasons others have articulated here already. These “fixes/changes” make NO difference whatsoever in my interest in doing anymore than the minimum in these activities.
I realized early on this was a disgusting money grab strategy and I only spent a handful of crystals early on. I will spend 0 crystals and 0 dollars on this terrible system.
