New bad batch have nothing to do with Revenge of the Sith, OG BB do, but I guess you want people to whale on the new shiny thing

They are clones in the post Order 66 era.

Since there were only 2 active Sith at the time of Order 66, Lord Vader and Poppy Palps, I'd assume Order 66 Era includes the Purge following the actual single day of Order 66. 

Seemingly this could include Inquisitorius, Clone troopers, and Imperial Troopers,
