To everyone disappointed that LV cannot be used for the Raid (as I was), i'm guessing the reason it's placeholder name is "Lord Vader Raid" is because he will be the ultimate boss at the end? And they didn't want it to be LV vs. LV?  That kind of makes sense to me.  The only reason i could think of that he wouldn't be allowed as a playable toon in the raid

I dunno. We could use DN, Sion, and Traya in the HSTR raid. We could use GG in the Tank raid.
