Join us for Extra Life 2024!

We’re excited to announce that the Capital Games team will be hosting an Extra Life stream on today, starting at 10am (Pacific Time) to support UC Davis Children’s Hospital of Sacramento.

What is Extra Life? 

Extra Life is a fundraising program of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®. The Extra Life community fundraises year-round to Change Kids’ Health to Change the Future. Donations go to member children’s hospitals to fund critical life-saving treatments and healthcare services, along with innovative research, vital pediatric medical equipment, and child life services.

How to Help:

  1. Donate: Choose from 3 exclusive donation packs.
  2. Tune In: Watch our stream on https://www.twitch.tv/capitalgames_charity on December 20th.
  3. Share: Spread the word and encourage your friends to join the cause.

    I have not received anything. Please respond soon, the EA help was of no help and couldn’t resolve this.

    Hi there - I'm so sorry to bother you.  I apparently didn't see where to put my ally code in when donating. I have the donation receipt.  Is there any chance I can still get credit for this in-game?

    Still haven’t received my donation rewards. Contacted EA help and they act like I have no idea what I’m talking about (on several occasions) and to contact Extra Life. They know what I’m talking about but tell me they can’t help with in-game rewards and to contact EA… 😒

    and that link leads to this post here in the forums.   I don't believe this is really meant for support requests, do you?

    No, but Extra Life says to ask EA, EA customer service says ask Extra Life… dunno what else to do 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Has ANYONE received their donation rewards? Did all 3 tiers. Was notified in-game and got the webstore chests but the avatars/tag remain locked.
