are the rewards cumulative? as in, would one get packs 1, 2, and 3 if they donated $50?

    No, because every pack is better than the previous. You just earn the highest pack you buy.

    I dont know if the rules changed this year, but in years past you could. I threw the full monty at them and got it all.
