I haven't been able to play since August 30th. EA support sends me to EA mobile, which sends me to EA support. When I have a physical person on EA support, they tell me there's nothing they can do. I've been playing for 7 years and I've never seen anything like this. A waste of money in a game that isn't able to update a game without so many bugs. Instead of fixing problems, updates produce more serious ones. Seriously!!! And nothing to refund.

August 30th? Are you a time traveller or have this issue for almost a year? Perhaps you mistyped August 10th... Anyways, very sad.
