What about the issues with jarjar?  Sometimes he counters, sometimes he doesn't.  Sometimes he puts up "frustration" (irony) sometimes he doesn't.  Sometimes he'll start countering and then just stop while still taking damage even though the B1's have the 100% counter symbol on their heads.
