Scythe is still broken! Not marking Tie Fighter. Hope this isn't the "final" fix.

    Works fine now, ties are marked when they have foresight. Make sure you have the ability maxed on scythe

    Remember it only works with Excutrix now working under thrawn lead was the original bug
