Confirming the second part is not fixed.

I opened up the inbox where the Lvl 15 Jedi Temple Guard FDC message was; hit "Claim" and went to look at it in the "Datacrons" tab - unfortunately it is still at Lvl 0.

Already gave my phone a reboot, forced quit the app, for good measure, since I know you'll ask, Meat ;)
