Capital Games TeamThis happened to me too. I selected Lobot and was given Scarif Rebel Pathfinder instead. I was informed by EA support just now that if this bug happened to you, they will not be doing anything about it. You are out of a LST but they are "very sorry".
That's weird because they say in the post that originates this thread "This issue will be addressed in our make good we are working on. "
Maybe the way they are going to address it is to say: You're SOL??
Basically yes. I've been going back and forth with then and they said "unless a purchase was made or a have a screenshot of it happening, they won't be doing anything".
So if we don't have proof we won't get our tokens refunded?
Yes that's basically what they told me. They wanted proof of something that has already happened. But I dont know how to provide proof that I selected Lobot and it just randomly gave me a different character. So i just dont get the reward for playing this game for 10 years...
