Basically yes. I've been going back and forth with then and they said "unless a purchase was made or a have a screenshot of it happening, they won't be doing anything".

    Yes that's basically what they told me. They wanted proof of something that has already happened. But I dont know how to provide proof that I selected Lobot and it just randomly gave me a different character. So i just dont get the reward for playing this game for 10 years...
