Even some whales I know said the game is becoming trash are leaving even if they used to spend blindly on characters and equipments... The fact that you have to money spend first, for era character even before you know its full potential and moreover you have to wait SEVERAL months to use, is simply the worst idea ever. It looks like you are ashamed and try to buy some time to fix issues and praying that it's gonna be better. Please be honest. Just say, we want to milk the players.
