CG_Meathead, I never got the hotfix. I have contacted the (no)help at EA multiple times and their response has been that there is a hotfix for the problem and then close the ticket. Again, I NEVER GOT THE HOTFIX. Ask my toons were stuck at 5* level 45-72. I have tried one last time before giving up and quitting the game. Anyone have any suggestions. And for the record, yes, I have restarted the game (multiple times a day) and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game again multiple times.

CG_Meathead why haven't you responded. You boldly proclaimed there is a make good for the Era issues the game has. You can check my account. No make good received. This has been raised by me and a number of others. We NEVER got any hotfix/make good. We have contacted EA help, who is worthless by the way. They direct us to contact you essentially. So our issues with the game are ignored by EA and Capital Games. That is not good customer service.

[URGENT] Era of Andor Hotfix Not Applied - Ally Code: 837-743-936
The appears to be a targeted failure of the 'Era of Andor' hotfix script. While the fix was pushed globally, my account (and others reporting to this post) did not receive the expected Era resources with a subsequent result in lack of character progression/gear and Relic levels when the characters converted to legacy characters. This isn't a general complaint—this is a specific technical discrepancy between the patch notes and my account state. Here is where the issues start accumulating. I am currently at a standstill. If I spend Gear or Relic materials to fix this myself, I am wasting rare resources on a 'fix' that was promised for free. If I don't, I miss out on the Eyes of the Empire rewards. This puts affected players in a 'lose-lose' situation that a simple inbox compensation or manual account update would solve. With CG focusing things on the newer characters, your mistake continues to compound. Conquest feats will have feats that you can only beat with leveled up characters so I will be getting fewer rewards in conquests, also meaning I will be unlocking conquest characters later, and so on. At this point, I am not encouraged to continue this game. There has been NO communication and not even any acknowledgement of your mistake. No "we're looking into it," no "we're sorry for the inconvenience," no "we are looking into a fix. Seeing the lack of effort on your part says a lot towards how you feel about the community.
I have already attempted to resolve this through EA Help, but the issue was closed without a resolution despite the bug persisting. I am bringing this here as a last resort for developer visibility.
