Really upset. Not only you did not reverse the result and my opponent won, but you had the audacity to message that you will look into it on Monday. After the 3rd round of gac ends I guess? And through all of this for hours, changing 3 different people messaging in the chat from India. Horrible coding, horrible updates, horrible customer service. But when it's time to charge my credit card for every game pack, it never fails. Shame on you.
