Capital Games TeamI lost my GAC due to this miscounting. Now, I'm going to be out 825 crystals because of this. Are we going to get a make-good? I do not recall one from the last GAC miscounting error we had.
There was a mystery 250 crystal make-good that went out, but without any comment about it. I guess it was for the last clusterf--k, but if they can't even be bothered to say "here you go" I have zero hope that they will every actually investigate and correct the cause of the problem. Obviously it goes deeper than they thought for it to reappear.
250 crystals is nothing. I lost 850 because the win went to my opponent, plus the chance to play for 1st spot. Gac being the only substantial income of crystals for me, this issue and the way they troubleshoot it is pure garbage. After 9 years playing this game, I'll see how the new raid is and 95% I'm quitting. Not worth the money, or the time. Plenty of games out there that will entertain more and cost less
I agree I lost four twenty dollar purchases of Krystal’s for SWGOH I reached out to EA no reply multiple times.
I agree I purchased 24.00 dollars worth it paid EA but apple is saying I owe them they really need to sort this out
